What can children practise?
Sprout Valley starts with counting and shapes. Adventure Isles builds on those foundations with the four basic operations.
Counting
Count groups of objects up to 20 and find missing numbers in a sequence in Counting Cove.
Explore counting →Shapes and positions
Recognise 2D shapes, picture 3D objects, and practise above, below, beside, and inside in Shape Garden.
Explore shapes →Addition
Solve sums in Sumstone Cave, starting with simple questions and working towards a mixed challenge.
Explore addition →Subtraction
Work out what remains after taking away numbers in Vanishing Forest.
Explore subtraction →Multiplication
Use groups and times tables to explore the Times Table Ruins.
Explore multiplication →Division
Practise sharing equally and basic division in Treasure Dungeon.
Explore division →HOW IT WORKS
Answer, explore, collect.
Choose a section and answer maths questions to battle its monster. A correct answer moves the battle forward. After a wrong answer, the child can try that question again.
Winning unlocks the next section in that area and earns a collectible card. There are Farm Friends in Sprout Valley, plus Bird, Dinosaur, Safari, and Sea cards in Adventure Isles. Replaying a section can add copies to a card and raise its rank.
FOR PARENTS AND TEACHERS
A separate journey for each player.
Create player profiles in the game so children using the same browser can keep their own section progress, card collections, and explorer characters. Progress is saved in that browser on this device. There is no account or cloud sync, so clearing site data or switching devices will not carry progress over.
